VP of Customer Engagement, Sibros
Steve Schwinke is Vice President of Customer Engagement at Sibros, working closely with OEMs and Tier One suppliers to accelerate their connecte vehicle solutions.
Prior to joining Sibros, Steve spent 2 years at Tech Mahindra as Global Head of Connected Vehicles and 22 years as an Executive at General Motors/OnStar where he was an original member of the OnStar team, developing and launching numerous industry first connected vehicle products and services.
Steve serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Telecommunications Industry Association, has been awarded 32 patents (for telecommunications, telematics and navigation) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Science in Wireless Communication Systems from Santa Clara University.
VP of Sales, Lightyear
With a background in international sales and marketing, Peter has reported directly to Holland’s most talked-about CEOs. He is the fourth generation in an automotive family that has been trading cars since 1924. After finishing his masters degree at Nyenrode Business School, he started his career at Spyker, a Dutch boutique manufacturer of high-end luxury sports cars. As Head of Global Sales, he fulfilled a key role in the company. After successful years at Spyker, he wanted to develop and challenge himself. His career expanded over several industries including automotive (Zenvo, the Danish hypercar manufacturer), commercial space (XCOR Space Expeditions), yachting (Aston Martin AM37 powerboat) and luxury furniture.
Today, he works with Lightyear, the Dutch tech scale-up and creator of the world's first long-range solar electric vehicle. Start of Production of Lightyear One is scheduled for later this year.
As the company's Sales Manager, Peter will give us an insight into the latest developments at Lightyear and the impact solar technology will have on mobility and humanity all over the world.
