Group Long Term Disability Insurance

Sibros covers 100% of the LTD plan. If you are disabled for more than 90 days due to illness or injury, the LTD plan will replace 60% of your salary, up to the maximum limit of $15,000 per month.

Group Short Term Disability

Sibros covers 100% of the STD plan. For non-work-related injury (1st day) or sickness (8th day), provides 60% of weekly salary to max of $3,500/week up to 12 weeks.
